I don’t know where this thought belongs but I am in a terrible place!! My boss is taking advantage of me. I need to move out of this place I’ve been leaving without paying rent which is not my fault. Finding a new place is very very hard because the rent is to much. I’m just going to be honest I’m ready to end my life everything is to much. The only thing that is keeping me alive is my kids!! They need me they literally have no one but me!! I need help y’all what should I do?? What can I do?? Omg I’m in tears right now because of the way I’m living. Is there help out there or are we just going to be homeless like everyone else in paterson nj?

I have found in life that everything works out in the end. I know what you mean about finding a new place to live. Rent has tripled here in Florida & we were just notified we have to move by October 6. I know the struggle is real & difficult but you will be OK. You might want to look into counseling and/or medication to help you through. Contact your county government about housing programs. The county I live in has assistance for that kind of thing. You could also look into moving to a different area. It sounds like you are at a point where you could go anywhere you want & be better than you are now. Don't give up, you are important & needed. You can always vent here, there are lots of people who will help talk you through your feelings. You can even call the national suicide prevention hot line if you need a supportive voice. I've felt the lord you are going through & found supportive family & friends to get me through.

I agree with ^ actions have consequences. And you might not be the only one. If HR does it right, they should not tell who reported it.

that's where I would start. Report them to the HR department, im pretty sure that they're legally required to at least do some sort of investigation, especially if what your boss is doing is against the law. I get that you don't want him to lose his job,but actions have consequences
