      Im going thru the same thing. My son just turned 4 months and self care and cleaning is hard, its like you have no time for yourself.

      moms are superheroes, hands down. i can't relate to being a parent, but i also struggle with keeping up with self-care, running errands, staying on task... to be a mom of 2 on top of that is a lot and i'm so cheering for you. i hope you find the rest you need and your way forward.
