I am at a loss for what to do. This year has been a struggle between my health and the mental health of my child. i feel so lost on how to help him

      I can commiserate with you on this. My daughter is also being evaluated. I try my best to just read to her, engage in art, or music or dancing and just reinforcing the behaviors I would like to see in her. It’s difficult af but it works for me. I try my best to manage my doc appointments but sometimes it’s a lot. I have a care manager Thro my insurance that helps us, maybe you can look into that? Just a thought. ❤️ ❤️ to you and your little one

      My sons is ADHD,MDD, and ODD. He is getting tested for autism too so its been alot
