It has always been hard for me to make friends.. I have been hurt many times.. I have trust issues.. At the same time in my journey I have learned this SAD truth.-> some people come into our lives for a season and not for a life time. So I have to Remind my self of that. Over and over.

Yes, very much. I don’t feel close to anyone.
Friends disappeared after I got fired from my 13-year job, 6 years ago.
I'm sorry everyone is going through this. I wish it was not this way.😥

I have never been able to maintain any personal relationships.
Yep. I sure do. 😥
I don't have a hard time making them but maintining friendships with issues such as depression, ADHD, anxiety, and POTS has been a real struggle. I struggle the most with the friends I've made thinking I'm ignoring them or don't care enough to try to talk to them. Explaining my different reasons for why this happens almost always sounds more like an excuse than a reason to those who don't suffer multiple or intense chronic illnesses. 😥💕

Yes. It’s very difficult.
I have trouble keeping in touch with people. Sometimes it takes me so long to get back to someone that I feel embarrassed about how much time has passed and I feel it’s too late. I feel like I always drop the ball in keeping friendships alive
Yes. I get along with most people but I haven't had any opportunities to make friends for a long time now
@hazyeclipse same here
Me too. And at times people become rude/mean
Yep. Between chronic pain, ADHD and probably also autism, I have a hard time with that. My boyfriend is pretty much the only person I see outside of work and that’s because we live together. It sucks.
Yes, when I became disabled I ended up losing all but 1 friend. I don't make friends bc I don't really go anywhere much :( I do have a few online friends.
Unfortunately
I do
