Anyone else have trouble getting out? I haven't left my house for months other than doctor appointments and I feel too scared to, even though I'd love to go somewhere with my fiance. He understands that I'm very mentally not in a good place, but I'd love to maybe even surprise him with some stuff from the store.

y e a h, its a real problem- i basically dont go out except to go to church twice a week, and thats only bc im forced to. just trying to be in a stable place, both physically and mentally, is so difficult and overwhelming that the thought of dealing with it out of the house feels too big to handle
