Been struggling with getting out of bed today. I haven’t dealt with this issue for a while. I didn’t think I’d be dealing with another depressive episode after being on my medication these past couple months. It just like hit out of the blue, and I’m feeling alone in everything.

I totally get you. I’m sorry you’ve been struggling with that as well. Yeah I took a term off of school and just started back a couple weeks ago. Now I’m dreading upcoming assignments because I’ll have to deal with that while also trying to handle my current mental health struggles I’ve been taking Lexapro since like the end of august, and got my dosage increased a few weeks ago. But now it’s like I’m back down to where I was before I began taking medication.
I feel the same way. Takes me 3 hours to get out of bed. I took a leave of absence from work for a month and started zoloft and buspar. Been on them for 4 weeks and not feelin much better and its about time to go back to work which I am dreading. Im just tired after 50 years of this shit.
