Struggling to Balance Work and Mental Health

I just argued with my mom. she just had knee surgery about a week ago and I just started a second job as an electrician apprentice. from 8am to 1-130pm I'm there then it's school from 2pm-345pm. that's Monday through Thursday then Saturday and Sunday, I work at a campus restaurant from 10am to 5pm. everyday when I get home, it's constantly "do this, this, this, do that, that that" and I don't think my parents take into consideration my mental health. we've only talked about my mental health a handful of times since I was diagnosed multiple times through my child. I want to move out but I can't because it feels like society is saying "work three jobs, pay 7000$ a month and not be able to feed yourself. you'll also still be behind on rent because your three jobs only pay you 10$ an hour. " it's frustrating but I know that if I try to talk to them, it will just turn into a screaming match
