Struggling to Answer My Therapist's Question

I secretly wish I didn’t have therapy but my mom doesn’t know it i feel like it’s getting me nowhere

My Dr said I see you've been feeling depressed lately do you want to talk about it? Me no, do you want to talk about it 🤦‍♀️ awkward pause and then we went on to do nothing. let's just say that was the first step towards getting a bit more help lol

I get that question every time. I usually cop out with "About the same" or "A little better"

I don't pay attention enough to know the answer to that question. My focus is usually on what's going on, not how I'm feeling.

My response is usually tired. I hate that question.
