hello alikers, ive been learning recently that i have a hard time accepting feeling better bc idk how to handle it. my brain gets all “science” about it and is like “well are you actually better if you’re gonna fall back down soon having bpd?” so in bigger picture my brain denies the concept of being better. ive learned it’s probably ocd perfectionism and just black and whiteness. but does anyone have any advice for me besides just focusing on the good? or is that the best advice that can be given?
