I've been feeling sad and unmotivated lately. I have little sparks where I'm happy and busy for a little while... but most of my day just feels so unmotivated and sad. what do you do when this happens ?

One suggestion is to try and build a new small habit every so often. Start small, like making your bed every morning. This can help your brain feel less cluttered and make it easier for you to keep the rest of your place spotless. Using a daily planner to write out everything you're doing for the day can also be helpful. Once you've completed a task, cross it off. It's nice to visually see that you've accomplished something, even if it's a small task. Another suggestion is to take a reset away from your "normal" or a reset alone. Listen to your body/mind and what will actually help; do you need to be alone at home for a few days? Or do you need to spend a couple of days away from anything you'd normally be doing.
