Feeling Unmotivated: Need Advice

lately, I've been feeling so unmotivated to do the things that I love in my life like drawing, skincare, and other things that used to bring me joy- I really don't know what to do to motivate myself again to become the person that makes other people smile- any advice?

I went through this for a while and I just kept doing what I was doing and I just eventually remembered just how fun what I did was and came to love it again and I'm even working harder than I did before

You said you like to draw, so think of it like art block. The best way to deal with art block is to push through it (or step back and find something inspiring, ie taking a walk). What I mean to say is, motivation is kind of flimsy; it comes and goes. But if you push yourself to do at least one thing you love every day - or something that gets you seeing a fresh perspective - I really think it may help. If you practice doing something you love every day, even if you don't feel particularly motivated, you're still building a habit for your brain to get energized for. May be mentioning that my depression stems from a lack of serotonin caused by ADHD, so this isn't a concrete solution, but I really hope it helps 🤗💕

Its okay to wallow for a bit. Don't forget, the people in your life need to just as you need them.
