Strained Parental Relationship: Love or Not?

Yes. My parents fight constantly and have threatened each other with divorce many times, but I'm convinced they never will actually get divorced.

Yes. My dad prefers to sleep on the couch with the dog. And they’re always badmouthing each other. When I went to college I expected a “were getting divorced” text before the end of orientation but all I got was “were going to iHop”. It’s so f’d. I have no idea what love is supposed to look like and living in that house makes me stressed/gives me flares. My mom gets offended when I say I’d rather stay at college at breaks.

Yes. I talk with my psychiatrist about their relationship and how it's affected me. It's really rough.
