I recently had to stop taking T due to family. I cannot continue at all, at least until around fall of next year. I really need some support and other ways to cope. The last time I was forced to stop I developed severe anxiety and depression. I'm very afraid of that happening again.

Its important to (try) to remember that the testosterone isn’t what makes you a MAN. I always have trouble cause, since I’m THICKER, I got all sorts of curves that I hate.. but there are things we can do, ways we can dress, stuff we can wash ourselves with and put on us to make us feel more masculine. Especially if you have some other FTM friends that can help relate to you. I know it’s hard without testosterone, and personally, I feel like it’s almost useless WHILE taking it just cause the dysphoria gets so bad and the change is a slow, slow process. Just remember that nothing can change who you are. Even if people started pumping estrogen into you, it doesn’t make you any less valid.

if you are of legal adult age, they cant “force” you to stop. its your life & your body! if you are under insurance it shouldnt be too expensive to maintain yourself without their help. im so sorry about your situation :( at least you wont have to be off of it forever
