Anyone know how to stop relationship anxiety? Every time my boyfriend is short with me or something I think that he hates me and wants to break up with me. I don't know how to stop these irrational anxious thoughts. We have been together for 2 years and I still feel like this. I feel like I'm just not meant to be in relationships and it's really upsetting me.

Check our Sheryl Paul. She writes a lot about anxiety and specifically about relationship anxiety. š

This comes from being anxiously attached! You can do some looking into attachment styles and there is tons of research about causes and how to feel more secure. But the big thing is that people who are anxiously attached only feel as secure as their last interaction, so any good memories are discounted if the last interaction was negative and those anxious irrational thoughts take over. I have been working on the same thing, trying to feel safe in my relationship even after a difficult conversation. Its a totally normal and very well studied phenomenon and hopefully you can learn more about it and find resources to support you!
