New here and shy, I'm trying to make a better lifestyle for myself that will be healthy after my life has come crumbling down. looking to surround myself with understanding people. sadly after losing everything I have nothing. it's been slowly eating me alive. I haven't eaten or slept well. life is just upside down.

I know the feeling. My advice is start small and celebrate what you are able to accomplish. One way I like is to write down something you did on a to-do list and then immediately check it off. As an example, after brushing my teeth, I would write down "brush teeth" and check it off. Some days I get more done then others. There are days when "take a nap" goes on my to-do list. I tried to take the same approach to the people aspect. Start small and celebrate what you can do. If you have any questions, reach out and I'll be happy to answer them (though I'm still figuring out notifications for this app, so I might not notice it right away). I hope this app helps you!

Hi there, I just started using this app too. I’m so sorry you’re going through a rough patch. I was going through one for the last three months and I never thought I’d find the light at the end of the tunnel. But with patience and time, I started to slightly see some light and that’s when I knew I could not give up. We are so strong for living each day with our conditions, I think we have superpowers, tbh. I think you joining this app is the first big step to feeling better. A likeminded, relatable community is incredibly healing and needed for your journey. And I’m here for you too!

I know the feeling very well, my life crumbled about a year ago. I thankfully left my abusive household for a much more supportive one and I've been recovering well with them

i'm sorry life's been unkind to you lately. people here are generally really nice and willing to help, so i hope you find ways to connect with those who can understand you. be gentle with yourself, take things one bit at a time. i'll be cheering for you. ♡

Thanks I try to accomplish small tasks each day. I used to be a go go go person, never could sleep during the day but lately it's been a big sign of barely being able to accomplish small tasks and always being exhausted to the point I will sleep most of the day away. I was such a people person and over the time I'm slowly growing agoraphobia. I've lately been able to get back to a routine of body care such as showering and brushing my teeth. Some days are harder than others.
