      I have several things that have autism moments over. Right now the biggest thing is linguistics, particularly historical linguistics. I just love languages so much, they are just fascinating to me.

      Space (just everything about it, in it, different stellar object classifications, how it's all created and destroyed, the physics behind it all, theories of the beginning and the end and multiverse and and and-) is my main one for since I can remember, behavioural patterns in humans and animals, and whatever indie game/animated show my brain decides to latch onto every few months/years (currently Minecraft and the Owl House)

          @KatGPT yes! It's got two seasons out now on Disney+ and a third (though much shorter thanks to being cancelled, likely due to having canon queer relationships) final season on the way. I highly recommend it! The world building is incredible, the characters are all interesting and have well thought out interactions, the plot is AMAZING and oh gods it's just such a great show, definitely check it out if you have time !!

      Deer!! And also chemistry (specifically analytical chemistry and instrumentation) and videogames!! Life is strange was a pretty huge special interest of mine for a while and I have others too. I also tend to hyperfixate on indie movies or indie games quite often so I have pockets of info about a random assortment of those 🥰

      my biggest atm are Lalin's Curse and Baltic history! but I'm always on cycle and hot air balloons, black holes, music boxes, and tes sets also come up a lot. also I love listening to people talk about their interests as much as I love rambling about my own, so please feel free to dm me anything.

        @Revan I feel this. Disney had made Star Wars worse after 2015, but the cool thing is, there have been 4 Bop It games in the last 7 years that have been shaped like Star Wars characters. They're actually releasing a Darth Vader one this fall! Just read an article today about it!

      Dragon age and TLOU! I've had others but these are the interests that stuck with me ^^ dragon age is like 11 or 12 years old, I played the first game at 8 or 9 and now I'm waiting for the 4th game. (Or the 3rd, remake and HBO show for Tlou)

      Everyone always thinks I'm strange for this but I have several. Right now, my own fictional universe is mine. I'm an author so I have to keep coming up with ideas for my books so I guess that's why, but I literally made up an entire alien language just to use in the books occasionally just like LotR.

        @duckiepluckie that's actually really cool! That's not strange at all! I am in a fictional world myself. It just appeared recently. It's considered my way to cope with my stress in the real world. My world in my thoughts and brain stress me out too, and this fictional universe of mine I imagine it is part of the real world, but I'm playing a realistic looking human character. I'm actually working on writing a story about my world as well. If it turns out really well and makes sense, I may publish it. I just started it, and I'm not much of a writer but this is a way to express my thoughts and feelings and my ways to distract me from the negative influences in the real world around me. I'm planning on calling my story, "The Third World". If you'd like, I can keep you posted on how it is going!

      Bop It is my all time favorite. I'm a collector, and I've met the inventor of the game personally. Even though it was through a zoom meeting, it still is cool, and I still keep in contact with him to this day. Back when I was little, before Bop It, my interest was that game Bejeweled, and during that time it was also Zhu Zhu Pets. I actually had made a podcast episode about that too.

      I love geese!! Such cool animals! Mu special interests are dolls, Cyrano de Bergerac, dinosaurs, weird animals in general, and right now fashion/makeup. In the past I've had special interests in the 1920s, Doc Holiday, Cinema, Transformers, and Nikola Tesla :)

      Anatomy and bugs!!!!!!!! human anatomy specifically, though I have taken a vet course- but!!! I have an affinity for body horror in art, and especially in older horror movies where they'd just make due and the results are just!!! I'm currently going through an archive of a bunch of old medical books I found and it's amazing! I would pursue the insect route more but it freaks my mom out when I show her the ones I find lol, luckily she's in the medical field so she's more supportive of my anatomy spi & we even talk about it sometimes! (Also I think geese are insane {/positive} , there's a big flock that live near me & it's been very cool to see the ducklings grow over the last month) <3🐛🐛
