How can I go about getting a proper diagnosis for SPD as an adult? I exhibit a large amount of symptoms and have for my whole life, although I believe it was always chalked up to my ADD. I'm currently in therapy (for a boatload of other things) but in the process of trying to find a proper psychiatrist for medication management. Would the psychiatrist be able to help me?
