Anybody else just immediately go into shame and shut down when around people, I believe it’s my rejection sensitivity going haywire and me just unconsciously taking blame and going into a spiral of self hatred. It’s almost a instinctive response, I also deal with RAD so that might be another factor.

for me, i am afraid of not being loved in general. i have low self-love, so i believe that i won't be loved. that leads me to unconsciously avoid people all together; because i know that they won't like me, and i'll be hurt. and the good old obsessing over whoever treats you nicely and the fear of abandonment just don't help at all in this case.
