Over the past few days, I've been experiencing some periodical, sharp pain in my chest, like lower rib area. I've had random chest kind of pains before, but nothing long term/nothing at the time I thought had anything to do with EDS. I'm thinking it's possibly subluxing or doing something else funky like that? hoping someone maybe has some experience or an idea of what it could be. Or if it's something I should be concerned about? Also, if it is like a joint coming out of place thing, anyone have suggestions as to what to do to help? I use kt tape for just about anything so that's what I'm leaning towards rn.

One user mentioned experiencing chest pain and found out it was Chostochondritis, which is inflammation in the chest area. Another user suggested that heating pads might help relax the muscles. However, it's important to consult a doctor for a proper diagnosis and personalized advice on how to manage the pain.
