Dealing with Back Pain: Is it EDS?

My hips cause lower back pain try hip stretching for IT tendon.

i feel like eds affects my … everything. definitely my back. i hope you find some relief soon.

EDS can affect the whole body, but especially any and all joints. My joints have been rapidly deteriorating ever since my EDS became problematic.

My EDS causes back pain.

That would put me down for the count in about 30 minutes. Maybe try some kt tape and if you're going to do stuff like that set a timer to move around every 15-20 minutes

EDS definitely causes back pain. If it's atypical for you though I would guess that you did something that made it sore and the eds is making it have trouble healing
