my backs been hurting lately and I thought it was just sore but then it kept hurting. I dont have conditions that cause back pain so idk. except maybe eds, does eds cause back pain?

That would put me down for the count in about 30 minutes. Maybe try some kt tape and if you're going to do stuff like that set a timer to move around every 15-20 minutes
