      I’ve recently been parenting my inner child which helps me figure out my basic needs and giving attention to my desires. You should look up stuff about the inner child and taking care of it (there’s also a whole other thing about having fun by expressing your inner child) AND the most important thing is to remember to love yourself :)

        @SandyBee yes! i’ve been watching gentle parenting videos to try to reparent myself :) but when i get in a depression rut it’s so hard to think logically
