Seeking Tips on Clean Intermittent Catheterization

hey y'all I saw a urologist for the first time the other day and they told me I have to do clean intermittent catheterization. They taught me how and gave me some supplies but I'm having a hard time with it. Does anyone have any tips on making it easier? How do y'all carry your supplies when you're going out?

Hiya, best way I've found to carry them is in a small bag like a makeup bag or the small compartment in a racksack. For storage I use a small plastic tub that isn't transparent in the bathroom and store 'overstock' in a cupboard. It will feel strange to start off with but get easier over time. 🤗
