Seeking Supportive Relationships for Mental and Physical Journey

I love that idea! I've had family turn their backs on me because they don't believe in mental illnesses and don't believe that what I'm going through is a real legitimate illness. They all tell me to suck it up or to "grow some balls" and leave me alone to suffer alone. Luckily my brother believes me and has always been there for me every time, even when he didn't see anything wrong with me like everyone else did, my brother has always had my back. He's the only one in a sea of a lot of "family" I have. I have had friends be there for me when my "family" left me alone to suffer alone
