I feel very sad that I feel this fatigued mostly at work or when I can to take my out for a play . does anyone knows how long the medication will take to do more for my fatigue. I did every test and everything is perfect nothing to do with nutrition. apparently is depression which I didn't know I had it. thank you

Based on the shared experiences in the context, it seems that feeling tired or fatigued is a common side effect of taking Zoloft (Sertraline). However, the duration for which this side effect lasts can vary from person to person. Some people have reported feeling less tired after adjusting their dosage or timing of medication. It's recommended to discuss these symptoms with your healthcare provider to explore possible adjustments to your treatment plan.
