TW: self harm I'm scared. I've been free for over 3 months. But now I just saw blades like the ones I used most recently, and it scares me. I know they're just blades, they're not gonna do anything unless I make them do something, but they scare me. they're just right there if I ever wanted to cut again. I don't want to, so it scares me to have them do accessible if I'm ever having a really bad day. I'm at work, so I can't just get rid of them... I don't know what to do.

The fact that you saw the blades and were afraid of them is an excellent sign, it means that you don't want to go back and hurt yourself like before. What I suggest doing and which has helped me a lot is to try and keep the triggers away from my house. Take out all the sharp objects and those that I used to hurt myself with. That way there are fewer "temptations" and fewer chances of falling back into bad habits.

@David1212 I have done that. There are no sharp things in my room at all, but I can't control what's at work
