Is this a safe space to talk about my past abuse and PTSD?

I also too. I was diagnosed a week ago and got this app once I was discharged from the hospital. Trying out this app for the first time, but I’m sure that as long as you provide trigger warnings it’ll be alright.

I’d caution that it’s probably best practice to share past traumas using generalities in common “room” areas. Save any specifics for DM, if and as warranted. That way, any potential secondary trauma isn’t “triggered”.

I am new and still learning. I understand because I too concerned about being safe. I post at times and don't at times

I am not sure of the rules if I am speaking of past sexual abuse should I write trigger warning first.
