Yeah I’m on Ritalin right now and I don’t do either of those. I’d also suggest a different med, if not maybe lower your current dose?

Well that’s interesting. I haven’t experienced this myself on Ritalin but I think chewing gum will help with grinding. Not sure about sweating. Might want to try a different medication
