My right shoulder is KILLING me. It won't stay in socket if I'm not paying attention to it, and it's messing up my spine. I can't use my right arm, I can barely move my upper back. I keep having spasms across my back and it feels like someone's using a prybar and 3# sledge on my spine right between my shoulders. Is there any stretch I can do or any way I can tape my shoulder to get at least a bit of relief? š

Hypermobility Syndromes

KT tape could help stabilize it, but a visit to a physical therapist will do you wonders. I know it's not always feasible for whatever reasons, but they'll help you figure out how to strengthen and stabilize it safely. Make sure you ask ahead of time if they're familiar with hypermobility disorders. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

One user mentioned using kinesiology tape to help with shoulder issues. There's a specific way to apply it, and you might need assistance to do it correctly. Additionally, you could try hot showers and heat to loosen your muscles or consult a physical therapist for professional advice on stretches and exercises to alleviate the pain.
