what kind of braces/preventative measures do you guys use for shoulder stability? I keep getting shoulder subluxations during flares where my arm and shoulder end up feeling like they're just hanging and am trying to figure out how to prevent this because unlike other joints when this happens I can't get it to go back into the socket for days at a time/if it goes back in it slips back out in a matter of hours.

Hey, I feel you, it's really annoying. These shoulder dislocations also always hurt me, and getting it to go back into the socket always scares me. What I do during flares is first  being aware of my movements, not to make sharp or excessive movements. Secondly, I have a certain hand where the shoulder usually dislocates, and there I walk around with a sling to remind myself that this hand is problematic. hope it helps.
