Dealing with Cervical Neck and Shoulder Pain from Rheumatoid Arthritis

Anyone diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis who has AWFUL cervical neck and shoulder pain, and what treatments have helped? I swear my worst symptom since my first flareup is headaches and cervical neck pain, but it seems like my rheumatologist is most concerned about my hands and feet due to erosions in an ultrasound. However, they barely ever bother me except first thing in the morning and after I've been at work all day. My neck and shoulders hurt alllll day long. I've tried trigger point injections, a neurological chiropractor, and migraine medication. It feels like the medicines for the RA are my last resort to feel better 😔
