Dealing with Chronic Pain and Arthritis
I was diagnosed with a slipped vertabrea which causes me low back pain on occasion. but I also have arthritis in both hips. now I'm worried I may have r.a. because both hands, elbows and shoulders hurt. especially at night. I wake up and both hands and all my fingers will be numb.

With you hips you can try and do more of a cool bath and if that doesn't help try and put hot or warm rags on you hip and with you back you can use a heat paid to help with the pain
