Regretting My Workout: Neck Pain

I have started doing more stretching,it hurts but, I feel better. If that makes sense.

I overexert myself on a regular basis because I’m just kinda dumb. Stretching and doing the weightlifting motion with minimal/no weight helps me build up strength without hurting myself.

Don't beat yourself up about it, you actually did it really good if you pushed yourself out of your comfort zone. Maybe there's a better exercise you should focus on, not with the weights but with stretching. I know I'm good with core muscles but it would be hell for me to deadlift even 50lbs 😅 Still, I think you did good even if it doesn't feel the best at the moment
