somehow made the foolish mistake to attempt to lift weights... two days ago. still feeling the effects and now i can't move my neck without wanting to cry. i am an idiot

Don't beat yourself up about it, you actually did it really good if you pushed yourself out of your comfort zone. Maybe there's a better exercise you should focus on, not with the weights but with stretching. I know I'm good with core muscles but it would be hell for me to deadlift even 50lbs š Still, I think you did good even if it doesn't feel the best at the moment

I have started doing more stretching,it hurts but, I feel better. If that makes sense.

I overexert myself on a regular basis because Iām just kinda dumb. Stretching and doing the weightlifting motion with minimal/no weight helps me build up strength without hurting myself.
