Some suggestions from the provided content include regular exercise, ensuring adequate sleep and sunlight exposure, consuming a bit of caffeine like green tea, letting natural light in, watching shows or movies you enjoy, and moving around with activities like walking, chores, or yoga. It's also recommended to evaluate your medications with your doctors as some meds or their interactions could be causing fatigue. Incorporating more fruits and veggies into your diet and getting proper rest were also suggested. However, it's important to consult with your healthcare provider before making any changes to your routine or diet.
