Definitely weird. Definitely toxic unless she went to a mental hospital or something similar. Did she call you pretending everything was normal?

That’s a very tough situation. You can maybe ask why she stood you up or if anything has happened. You can also tell her that it hurt you that she hasn’t spoken to you & you don’t know if you can trust to speak with her if you do feel that way. I’ve had friends ghost me this way, & usually I part ways. But it’s different for everyone. I wish the best for you.
