Has anyone tried and would recommend supplements that have helped with PCOS? I am on metformin and find it is working with my cycle and giving me more periods than usual, but still irregular (have mirena). I get bad bloating, quick stabbing pain cramps that go as soon as they come, and the acne and hair growth (not overly bad). any recommendations would be muchly appreciated. š
