How to Recognize Depression Symptoms

Apathy, not enjoying the things you used to or those things being draining and tiring. But honestly if you think you are or wish you were then you probably are. Appetite and sleep changes are also a sign.

Lack of motivation to do most things or your favorite things, little to no energy, feeling isolated from others

Not being able to get out of bed blocking people and isolating in your room or any room

things like self isolation, not "being in the mood" to do hobbies or go out and do things, and sleeping or staying in bed more than usual were some of my first big symptoms when i looked into being diagnosed
