Monitoring My Condition: When to Seek Help

it really depends on what your symptoms are at the start, but with me because of my depression i stay in bed all day because i have no motivation to do anything. i recently got on meds and i have definitely seen an improvement. instead of having no motivation to do anything i get up and do things, or you could be starting to feel more confident or comfy in your own body. another one for me is i get a change in my mood and i feel like i am not in such a bad mood as much or things don’t trigger me as easily. hope this helps!! ❤️ ❤️
