Questions about switching

Well, I can only speculate since I'm not a part of your system-- but it could be that the overall need for whatever roles those alters play in your system have just been less required lately. In our system we have a guardian who can occasionally be out of the picture a while until a situation or potential threat calls him back to the forefront. I'd encourage you to self reflect on where you are in life. Even if it doesn't bring the results you were looking for, I imagine it will be helpful to you. Also I feel like I say this in every post, but working on communication and teamwork in a system is always a great thing. If you can hear what's going on from the sources themselves then that's all the better.
