Yes! I had a syncope last November and since that happened I developed panic/anixety attacks constantly. When it first happened I had hot/cold sweats bad, my vision went black sound was muffled and I couldn't feel my face.Heart rate was constantly going up and down rapidly. Highest point it got was 170B so I finally went to the doctor and they diagnosed me. It was weird tho right after it started going away my chest felt like it was in fire. Has anyone else experienced this? But now when the attacks happen I feel pricklys on my face and hot/cold flashes with sweat and the eyes black out. I've gotten to manage it throughout the day but night time soon as I close my eyes it feels like I'm spinning(like you've been drinking) heart rate goes up with the prickly feeling on face.šŸ˜„

Not all five, but a good two of em. There wasn't really a taste to my trauma or a smell, but there was definitely a sight and sound to it and sometimes they play over and over again. I try not to think about the feel it had.

Not really, for me everything is blank. The trauma affects my way of thinking rather than repeating in my senses.

Kind of like youā€™re reliving the experience? At times, yes. I need to remind myself that Iā€™m safe now and not there anymore
