Risperidone helps with sleep (and that helps with everything), but there's therapies that help so much. The book "The Body Keeps the Score" by Bessel Van Del Kolk has helped me understand it and has a lot of suggestions and examples of therapies to help.

I found great strain thc and also rso. Helps my ptsd, stress, calms tremors, intractable pain, I can chew sleep ect. I also other alternative medicine for my quality of life
