i have some SERIOUS ptsd from a car crash that could have and should have killed me. A flatbed truck with a horse trailer attached smashed into the passenger side door where i was sitting at 60 mph. I should't be here typing this rn, but i thank God himself that I am. Now when i am in a car, if i see headlights, i will pass out from a panic attack. Whenever i close my eyes, it replays in my head and i can hear and feel it all over again. It doesnt seem like anyone cares though, bc i never went to the hospital, and I never went to a therapist, as my parents wont take me. Any thoughts or questions, plz share.
