I still end up blacking out if I get too close to a loud noise and when it's over I'm far away from where i was anywhere between 1 mile to ten miles from my original position

Mine effects my life on a almost daily basis honestly. My ptsd triggers are mostly male based and stranger based so I can't be left alone in crowds or public areas ever. I cant go to the grocery stores alone even if I desperately need something. I can't take myself to the doctors even if I'm very ill. It can get so intense I cease to think, I no longer have control of my body or thoughts and just wander emptily wherever I am for hours till I'm found and taken somewhere else. Even then it can take hours or days to come out of it. While I'm like that I'm vulnerable as I'm nonverbal and can't fight back or really do anything to defend myself. It honestly scares me.
