      Remember it's about the social aspect. It's about having fun with friends. Not what fancy clothes you have. Not what you look like. Sure there will be pictures, but as long as you smile and enjoy yourself it will come out right. ❤️ also there is the 54321 grounding technique.

          @maddie__ and if they do? Also remember no one really pays the same amount of attention to your appearance as you do to yourself. Most people worry about themselves and how they look. So everyone will be focused on themselves and not on you.
