Anyone taking Progesterone and having a hard time waking up in the mornings?? I’ve talked with my Dr about decreasing the dose, but he said my hormone levels need the dose I’m currently on. I take it right before bed and absolutely CANNOT wake up in the morning (and if I miraculously do hear my alarm and get up, I feel like a zombie!) I’ve tried taking it an hour before bed, but I feel so dizzy and tired that I can barely stay awake! I’ve been told my body will adjust, but I haven’t had much luck so far. Any recommendations???
