Dealing with Insomnia Caused by Medication

any tips on how to deal with insomnia caused by this medicine? been on it for a week and i can’t sleep for more than three hours at night, feel wide awake once i wake up (and then terribly groggy the whole day).

I started taking it in the morning and haven’t had issues since. If you’re taking it at night and still having issues, have a chat with your doctor and let them know what’s going on. They might give you something to help you sleep or adjust your medication in some way.
