Question about primary central sleep apnea

I’m 25 and have severe sleep apnea I jist started my CPAP journey. Hard to get used to.

CPAP generally delivers a single pressure, BiPAP delivers two: an inhale pressure and an exhale pressure.

I do. I’ve been on a cpap but am going onto either a bipap or getting an Inspire implant, depending on my sleep study soon. The cpap isn’t helping me, I’m still having episodes but my oxygen levels are good. I’m not quite sure what all of this means.
