Struggling with Sleep Apnea and Machine Use

what do you do when you have sleep apnea and can't use your machine, I have a by-pap machine

I had a mouth piece made for me because I could no longer use the cpap. I feel pretty confident unit because I use it and can feel the difference the next day. I feel very rested

I use a by pap machine as well and wake up with sinus pains daily and clogged nose does anyone else have similar issues ?

I just don't sleep hardly at all and when I do I wake up sometimes sitting up it freaks my granddaughters out when they see me like that lol and it hurts my neck

I occasionally take naps w/ out it. I know I snore since my throat hurts when I get up. Try not to do this a lot

I think you can sleep sitting up or pillows under you that makes you sleep like you are sitting up
