Please help! After a total thyroidectomy in 2019, I’ve had “normal” thyroid labs for the last 3 years …. And still experiencing all hypo symptoms. Need conversion/medication tips … feeling hopeless :(

What type of medication are you on? For me I was having normal labs and still very sick when on synthetic medication. Not all doctors know this but not everyone can process synthetic meds. I am one of them. I have to take pig thyroid. It's almost identical to human thyroid
Tight blood sugar control is my first thought. And work on optimizing nutrition.

@Hypohelp I don't know what your diet looks like so my first suggestion is to focus on real, whole, minimally processed foods. After that try to include a protein or healthy fat with each meal or snack you eat. That will help avoid sugar spikes and crashes.
