Any Hashimoto’s folks who are on meds, have normal labs but still still exhausted all the time?

      @Daz I tried going gluten and dairy free. It didn’t help with the fatigue, but it did help with foggy brain, memory issues, sinus inflammation, and my acne. And I’ve been trying a couple prescriptions with my doctor to sleep better. It’s been a journey for sure.

      Yesssss. My labs are always normal but none of my symptoms are gone. Im on synthroid.

        @Dani_Girl I had the same issue and my TSH remained high on Synthroid. It wasn’t until I went to another doctor and he put me on Armour Thyroid that I started to feel way better . Armour Thyroid contains T3 and T4 it also doesn’t have all the synthetic junk in it.

        @Dani_Girl ugh. What do we do? I know there are all extreme types of diets but I’m too tired to do those.

      How are your B levels? I got my Hashi’s under control but it turns out I have a severe B-12 & folate deficiency thanks to my MTHFR gene mutation (which I highly recommend getting checked for since a significant amount of people with Hashi’s have this). I started a the Thorne Methyl Guard B Complex and my energy has increased significantly!

        @StrawberryCup B levels were normal. My iron is low. No one has mentioned the mutation- what does it mean?

      I'm on Synthroid I see a endocrinologist. I'm on Synthroid. If my all three of my levels are within normal range I know it's my Fibromyalgia.
