Persistent Hives: Could it be Lupus?

Has anyone had bad hives that persist for days? I have fibromyalgia but have wondered if the hives could be another symptom of possibly having lupus. My grandmother had lupus and I’ve had blood work done. The doctor said my ANA is positive but not high enough for lupus.

I will be 49 in a few days and I’m pretty sure it’s not shingles.

Are you sure it's hives or could it be inflammation rashes? I have Fibromyalgia, and RA and I get them on my chest and upper arms all the time.

my hives are always on my arms, legs, feet and hands. They are hardly ever on my stomach or chest. They seem to miss the middle section.

I'm not trying to scare you. Have you been around anyone with monkey pox? I sure hope you haven't. Seen on news they are spreading bad.

it’s not monkey pox. I haven’t been around anyone. I stay home or go and watch my 1 year old grandson.
